About the Role

Job Description: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business needs, customer expectations, and technical solutions that power ThitsaWorks’ digital financial platforms. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and financial institutions to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions that drive adoption, performance, and reliability across our products.


You will lead business requirement analysis, support end-to-end software implementations, and help refine business and operational processes. From designing wireframes and documenting workflows to coordinating testing and troubleshooting real-time issues, you will ensure that every solution meets both user needs and business objectives.

Working hand in hand with product, engineering, operations, and external vendors, you will communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will analyze system logs, API responses, and transaction data to identify root causes of issues, support incident resolution, and continuously improve service quality. Your work will directly contribute to smooth deployments, strong client satisfaction, and the long-term success of ThitsaWorks’ digital financial ecosystem.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform business requirement analysis, identify gaps and create documentation,

presentations, and workflow charts/diagrams

• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

• Manage implementation of software projects and handle multiple projects

• Develop and facilitate stakeholder and end-user training

• Develop the wireframe design of new products

• Coordinate and conduct functionality, system, and user-acceptance testing

• Develop and test technical solutions and related products

• Work closely with vendors, partners, colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure

technical compatibility and user satisfaction

• Communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical people

• Analyze transaction logs, error codes, and API responses to identify root causes of integration

or operational issues.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Other technical duties as needed
