About the Role
As a Business Analyst Manager, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that address client and business needs. Working closely with clients, product teams, developers, testers, vendors, and partners, you will translate requirements into clear workflows and practical solutions, oversee testing and delivery quality, and manage multiple software implementation projects — particularly within payment systems and digital financial services
Requirements
Responsibilities
• Perform business requirement analysis, identify gaps and create documentation, presentations, and workflow charts/diagrams
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Manage implementation of software projects and handle multiple projects
• Develop and facilitate stakeholder and end-user training or pre-sales materials and conduct these sessions (onsite/offsite)
• Develop the wireframe design of new products
• Coordinate and conduct functionality, system, and user-acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Develop and test technical solutions and related products
• Work closely with vendors, partners, colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Supervision of the full production cycle
• Other technical duties as needed
