About the Role
As an IT Analyst, you will act as a key bridge between clients and the delivery team — translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will provide real-time technical support during client meetings, explain system behavior and integrations, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment between client expectations and engineering deliverables. This role requires excellent communication, technical fluency, and strong analytical thinking to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings alongside the Business Analyst to provide technical input and clarification in real time
Translate business needs into understandable technical requirements for the delivery team
Explain system behavior, APIs, data flow, and integration details in client-friendly language
Evaluate technical feasibility and flag dependencies, risks, or potential impacts on timeline and scope
Capture and clarify technical requirements, assumptions, and open issues after each client session
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to convert business requirements into well-defined technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to validate the feasibility of proposed approaches
Monitor and communicate change impacts throughout the project, including scope or integration updates
Safeguard delivery quality by ensuring clear alignment between client expectations and what engineering teams will deliver
