About the Role
As a Platform Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and platforms that power our financial and payment systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build scalable, secure, and high-performing environments using modern cloud and container technologies. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our deployment processes, system reliability, and platform architecture to support innovation and operational excellence across ThitsaWorks’ digital solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable platform solutions.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Collaborate with software development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure platform security and compliance by applying best practices and security protocols.
Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems.
Work with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to support microservices architecture.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture, processes, and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
