About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you will support ThitsaWorks’ IIPS projects through proposal preparation, financial and commercial analysis, procurement, and contract management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support project costing and planning, review contracts and Statements of Work, monitor commercial and project risks, and help ensure effective project delivery and informed business decisions
Requirements
Key Responsibilities – Procurement Analyst
Support the preparation of financial and commercial proposals for RFPs, tenders, and project submissions.
Develop and maintain financial and commercial models for project planning, costing, and business evaluation.
Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.
Review contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), commercial terms, deliverables, and payment-related clauses.
Track contract milestones, obligations, approvals, renewals, and project deliverables.
Conduct research and monitor commercial, legal, operational, regulatory, and project-related risks.
Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, operations, and project teams to collect inputs, follow up on actions, and support project delivery.
