Managing Director of ThitsaWorks, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience implementing complex strategic payment systems for banks, central banks, fintech startups, and a payments foundation, including blockchain-based digital-ledger solutions for clearing and settlement. Joins from the Mojaloop Foundation, where as Technical Solutions Lead she advised regional implementations and drove product workstreams across ISO 20022 integration, inter-scheme connectivity, and merchant payments.

Deep experience across the full payments product lifecycle — requirements, roadmap, feature prioritisation, release management, and go-live — gained driving production go-lives of major banks on next-generation payment and unified-ledger platforms at Partior, RedCompass Labs, and Fiserv. Strong command of high- and low-value payment flows, settlement and clearing, and current regulatory and technology trends including PSD2, Open Banking, ISO 20022, instant payments, and CBDCs. Former member of Mojaloop's Technical Governing Board and a P&L owner and General Manager for Asia.

Holds a Master's degree in Management from Rouen Business School (ranked among the top 10 business schools in France), with first-class honours.
