The ThitsaWorks team is delighted to welcome Ms. Jana Chmelnizki Kadian as Senior Advisor on the Advisory Board of ThitsaWorks.
Ms. Kadian is a Development Finance Executive with extensive experience leading regulated MFIs and banks in frontier economies. Previously, she has held positions as Chief Executive Officer of ADVANS Myanmar, both FINCA Tajikistan and FINCA Malawi, as Chief Operation Officer of FINCA Kyrgyzstan and as Deputy Regional Director for Operations for FINCA Latin America. In these roles, she has implemented resilient and adaptive corporate cultures, robust procedures, effective staff development programs, competitive product offerings, essential IS infrastructures, and the effective digitalization of operational processes.
