Han Zar Ni Oo is a Customer Success Associate responsible for monitoring and responding to payment system inquiries, resolving transaction issues, and supporting clients through technical and operational challenges. He works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Before joining the company, he worked as a Junior Developer building financial management software for SMEs. He is currently pursuing Software Engineering studies at 42 Bangkok, strengthening his technical expertise in system troubleshooting and development.
