Hnin Lae Yee Htun Oo works as an Assistant Customer Success Manager at ThitsaWorks, supporting the Business and Product Operations teams through customer success delivery, including coordinating customer support activities, assisting with onboarding and training, and acting as a key coordination point between customers and internal teams.

Before joining ThitsaWorks, she built extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, with a focus on trade finance operations, credit assessment, and international payment transactions. Her responsibilities included managing import and export processes, letters of credit, guarantees, and compliance-related documentation, while supporting both customer and operational workflows.

She is a graduate of the University of Computer Studies (Yangon) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (B.C.Sc.), with a strong interest in applying analytics to financial systems and digital transformation initiatives while continuously developing her skills at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.
