Kaung Wai Phyo

Kaung Wai Phyo is the Head of the Business Advisory Office at ThitsaWorks and a committed lifelong learner. He holds an MBA in Finance from the International University of Japan and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. 

With over a decade of diverse experience spanning trading, management education, consulting, and digital project management, Kaung brings a well-rounded perspective to business and technology initiatives. His expertise lies in business and financial modeling, digital transformation, and operations management. 

At ThitsaWorks, his recent contributions include leading the development of the IIPS Pricing Model (P2P) white paper and scheme rulebook for an IIPS project in Africa.
