Lwin Mar Wai

Lwin Mar takes on responsibilities as the Assistant Customer Success Manager, primarily focusing on coordinating customer support activities, assisting in onboarding, and training, and acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues. Additionally, she supports troubleshooting related to real-time payment systems and APIs, while ensuring customer support tickets are resolved according to defined SLAs.

Prior to joining Thitsaworks, she worked as an Acting IT Manager and ICT officer in the Microfinance sector, specializing in IT Support and Core Banking Systems (CBS).

Lwin Mar holds Master of Engineering in Information Technology(ME-IT). She is currently an MBA candidate.)
