His professional experience spans government, telecommunications, banking and financial services, and power and utilities across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

At ThitsaWorks, Rana leads program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and project governance. He serves as a key liaison between clients, local partners, and ThitsaWorks’ regional teams across Singapore, Thailand, and Myanmar.

He specializes in managing complex technology programs, coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Mahmud is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and an executive credential in leadership from Harvard Business School.
