Nu Nu Wai is a Customer Success Specialist, primarily responsible for providing technical and non-technical product support, trainings, and presentations on the use of ThitsaWorks solutions and for monitoring and responding to incoming customer service requests & queries via phone or ticketing systems. Additionally, she focuses on building strong relationships with stakeholders in financial institutions and maintaining a comprehensive customer relationship management database.

Before joining ThitsaWorks, she had nearly 4 years of experience in data collection and research. In addition, she is passionate about the financial sector, contributing through innovative solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Monywa University.
