Phyo Ei Ei Thu is a L2 Platform Support Engineer at ThitsaWorks with a strong interest in system reliability and cloud technologies. 

Before joining ThitsaWorks, she worked as an Associate Platform Engineer at a leading ISP, where she gained hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native applications, and API development.

She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, specializing in High Performance Computing, from the University of Information Technology, and is a Google Cloud Certified Associate.
