Phyo Thandar

Phyo is the Team Lead of the Quality Assurance Team and is primarily responsible for assessing services and products to ensure compliance with quality standards, which involves developing, implementing and managing test plans.  

Prior to joining ThitsaWorks, Phyo gained 7 years of experience working at one of the largest banks in Myanmar. She served as a Senior Assistant on the Core Banking project team and as a Senior Helpdesk Technician in the Technology department. Phyo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies from the University of Computer Science, Yangon. Additionally, she possesses a diploma in Java programming language from the India-Myanmar Center for Enhancement of IT Skills (IMCEITS).
