Before joining ThitsaWorks, Shwe served as Head of Business Development at a leading microfinance institution, where she led product innovation, marketing, and the successful integration of two MFIs. She also played a key role in boosting digital adoption through mobile payment channels, significantly reducing operational workloads and improving client convenience.
