Su Sandar Aung @ Sky supports smooth project delivery at ThitsaWorks as a Project Associate. She manages schedules, keeps project documents organized, and helps teams and stakeholders communicate effectively. Her project management experience began through volunteer work with youth-focused small business and startup organizations, where she worked with executive committees and handled day-to-day administration.

With a MA in English Language and Literature and a BA in English, she brings strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous learning. She uses her language background to promote clear cross-cultural communication, active listening, and well-organized project processes.
