Ma Zeya has over ten years of experience in Internet Access Management, Business Relationship Management, Content Management Systems for websites, Customer Relation Management and office administration processes in IT companies. She graduated from University of Computer Studies, Yangon (UCSY), with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology. 

At ThitsaWorks, Ma Zeya works as an HR Officer, responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations. She oversees HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance, identifies opportunities to improve HR processes, supports team development, and ensures alignment between HR practices and the organization’s overall goals, while handling confidential matters with discretion.
