Bound by a shared mission to foster financial inclusion, ThitsaWorks and HES FinTech are joining forces to deliver client-centric technology solutions that revolutionize lending for underserved communities. This partnership sets the foundation for scalable innovation across the microfinance sector.

As part of the collaboration, HES FinTech and GiniMachine, an AI-powered credit scoring platform, are working on a Proof of Concept (POC) leveraging ThitsaWorks’ deep expertise in microfinance credit information systems. The initiative aims to extract actionable insights from anonymized credit data, enabling more efficient, data-driven underwriting for Myanmar's microfinance institutions (MFIs). This partnership underscores ThitsaWorks and HES FinTech’s shared commitment to advancing financial inclusion and strengthening the resilience of Myanmar’s microfinance industry through cutting-edge data solutions.

Beyond this initial collaboration, the partnership will explore innovations across several critical domains:

  • Advanced AI/ML-powered decisioning systems

  • Comprehensive loan origination and management platforms

  • Robust payments infrastructure

  • Customized core banking solutions designed specifically for microfinance institutions

“This partnership with HES FinTech is a strategic leap forward—combining our deep understanding of Myanmar’s microfinance landscape with cutting-edge technology to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, inclusion, and long-term resilience for the sector.” Nyi Nyein Aye Founder and CEO of ThitsaWorks

“We believe that combining advanced decisioning tools with locally relevant datasets can unlock new opportunities for responsible lending,” Andre Kravchenko SVP of Business Development at HES FinTech

This partnership marks another step in ThitsaWorks’ commitment to improving financial inclusion through open-source technologies and data-driven innovation.
